My grandfather shared a bank account with me at regions Bank. This ins company was told about this in April 2024 when I seen he had ins on the truck I now owe I called because a lady hit the wheelchair lift on the back. Was told they couldn't do anything cause I owe it and papa was deceased at this time. I sent them a email with his death certificate. She told me that it would be cut off from charging me anymore money. Now it's Dec I look at my account because of money missing and they have continued to collect from a dead man. When I call she said it was to help me out for ins when that in fact is illegal. She yells and hollers she was doing me a favor by keeping it on. But I was told back in April they would stop payment charges. When in fact they never did. They owe me 846.00 Resolution Sought Get my money back please

My father, landlord, had property insurance with Erie Insurance. He passed away in December of 2022 and I was left his property and as executrix of his estate payed for his insurance for the following year. After that, I decided I needed to bundle my insurance plans. Ultimately, I received an outstanding bill of 859.00. I contacted the company and they would not accept my proofs to back date. This policy auto renewed without my knowledge which is why I have an outstanding bill. I only received a bill and cancellation notice. Nationwide, called me on the phone to cancel and switch the insurance into my name since his situation was different than mine. Resolution Sought I want a refund from the time this policy was automatically renewed of 856.69
