Be more customer friendly

I talked with my local Erie agency and told them last month I was moving and I no longer wanted my payment pulled from my banking account. Simply cause I was not using them anymore. I was using my credit card. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting reimbursement from them once my credit union accesses an overdraft fee. I'm moving from Indiana to north Carolina and my policy here will not cover me down there. They don't listen
