I left my car for repair on 2-16-2023, the engine stalling, back firing, loss of power. I purchased a cam shaft sensor, upper and lower oxygen sensor., catalyst converter, valvtronic, system, 6 spark plugs, 6 coils plus labor cost me in total $2800. I paid before the car was repaired. They told me that's what the car needed. I picked up the car it had the same symptoms. The car sat there for 6 months different mechanics working on it. I seen tool boxes sitting in my car scratches was put on my car. After all the money I spent it was the engine that was bad they misdiagnosed it. I had to purchase an engine for $750 and then he charged me $1840 again I spent over $5000. Six months no car, I spent over $2500 hundred in taxis. On 7-15-2023 I was verbally and physically assaulted by an employee name Mike he is African. It was all on the camera in the front office. I plan to press charges on Mike and I want half of my money refunded. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit for being assaulted that guy Mike is always in fights with people and shoes aggression. Resolution Sought I want half of my money refunded, they run that business like a third world business, no customer service, incompetent mechanic it's a nightmare. A lot of people are complaining of there bad work.
