Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A gentleman hit my car October 2023 while I was parked in a parking spot he gave me his insurance information 24 hours later I had a claim submitted the claim was with esis and my adjuster was Deanna Parker Deanna told me to get a estimate to get my car fixed in February 2024 I get that from blossers I do not hear from her February March April or May until Friday when they send me some documents stating that the gentleman who hit my car was on lift and something about that they're avoiding my insurance claim no this is not going to work the gentleman hit my car I need my car repair that is the insurance that he submitted to me and they need to pay for my car Resolution Sought Pay for my car to be repaired

I paid for ins. through extra space storage. My property was stolen and all I've been given is a number to contact, and they have not a truthful word One in phone call I've made to them. The calls JJ to them begin every call with words like unfortunately or I'm sorry everything they say is we don't know at that point I ask why I haven't had a phone call return. Resolution Sought Close there business down.
