Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On February 27,2024 I received a call informing me my personal belongings and property was destroyed and damaged, due to a rodent and vermin infestation. I contacted my insurance company and reported it, filed out all required paperwork, sent photographs and video recordings of damages, spoke with my claims Adjusters and Vice president of ESIS CLAIMS. MY policy coverage is up today of the time of loss. As of April 17,2024 my claims Adjusters Brenda said she would be reviewing my claims an will be getting back to me at the end of the day. It is now May1, 2024 I haven't heard anything, I have sent numerous emails lifted several messages via voice mail, reached out to San Bernardino Code enforcement, that issued a Notice of Complaint, that must be taken care of by May 6, 2024. Sent photographs of rodent and vermins feces and urine on my property were I pay insurance coverage. Mrs. Hernandez stated this process will take 14 days. It is now the 14th day. Resolution Sought To pay my insurance coverage amount for all my property and damage caused by the rodent and Vermin's infections at there facility , they were aware of this negligence and was contacted by enforcement. And was given a notice to said FACTS.
