I place an order on June 23,2023, I order 3 items, I received 1 item in the mail. Have been calling since 8/2/23 for my refund, have been given the run around, just call 9/15/23 and have been told that it will be another 4-5 weeks before I receive my money back. Resolution Sought Want my money returned to me

I ordered a wig from this online company, as I was being told the total cost, was shocked to hear I would be charged $1.99 for covid protection of my purchase. Sounds fishy..my package will be handled by numerous people and when delivered left in lobby on floor. This company is pulling a fast one on consumers. Resolution Sought Prove to me that this extra charge is legal.
