I went to get a haircut at estilos flor on bisaonet and wilcrest. When I walked inside and was greeted by a rude woman. Who said no we do not have restrooms. She proceeded to cut my hair I pointed at a picture and btw she has only one book. Not only is the hair cut not anything like the picture it's uneven and grotesque looking. She refuses to wet the hair and also dry. She was very rude and not very good at cutting hair. The place was dirty and horrible. I was very disappointed and late for a business meeting. Btw May I point out they had no restrooms! Resolution Sought I would like them to be closed for good and subsequently my money returned because I am crying they have left my hair in such a bad state.
