Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am having difficulty with e-tags for a stolen title to my 2003 BMW Z4. There was a lien reported on my car. This lien was from 2010 and we still have the letter that the lien has been satisfied, paid in full. BMW PAYOFF CONFIRMATION TION AND LIEN RELEASE DAD 22 Oct 2010 DATED 22 Oct 2010. acceptable to take a picture of the letter and e-mail it? This has been going on for nearly or + 2 months. The bigger problem is they do not communicate back to myself or my spouse. My payment for 1 title turned into 2 payments of $166.81 + $166.81=$333.62.. I need a refund for $166.81. Resolution Sought California. 3600 W Flordia PMB 192 Hemet, CA 92545 I have been trying to work with your employees, however, instead of helping I am forced to 2 charges (when I only need 1 title). I have the letter that will help. 15 years later the lien shows up???? How do you want the lien release? Will a photo suffice? Or do you need a copy. I'd appreciate a photo. It has been months trying and nothing has happened. Plz refund my $166.81 and the other $166.81 as the payment for the title. I c
