I placed a $200+ order on 3/21/24. This company will not respond to my e-mails or facebook messages, inquiring when my order will ship. I have yet to receive my order and I'm worried with their lack of customer service. They took my money and ghosted me. Resolution Sought Respond to my emails with a shipping date.

Canceled subscription a month or so ago. Was told I would not be charged again. But I was charged once again this month. I want to get my money back because I did cancel subscription. Resolution Sought Refund my money, the subscription was canceled. Can no longer afford this. Please help me get this taken care of.
