I will don't understand one thing about airlines they Focus on making money and taking more then they services and for any small mistake they want to take more money from you no one can help you unless you pay them, they don't care if you had a connecting flight or waiting at the airport for long hours to choose them. I will never book Ethiopian airline and I will never recommend to any relative of mine or friends, in fact its my worst airline on this earth. Resolution Sought Nothing they can do it's they Policy to steal peoples money in their terms and conditions thing.

Flgt.#0717480289596. Ticket purchased 2019.Unable to travel internationally due to Covid. Was not notified that l need to collect by 2021. Now l need to travel..l am being told ticket is no longer valid. Airline #800 445 2733. Resolution Sought Give me my refund THANKS
