Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We purchased two tickets to a concert that was scheduled on 8/24/2023. This concert was cancelled due to the weather. We received an email that we would receive a refund in November. It is now January 2024 and we still have not received a refund. We have contacted their customer service department several times and are continuously told that there is a technical difficult with the refund. Resolution Sought Refund the $209.36 as soon as possible

In March of 2020 I purchased Ryan Upchurch concert tickets for my husband as a birthday present. Since then the concert has been rescheduled 3 times (if not more) and now due to the performers legal issues the show has now been canceled. The Rust Belt (the venue that was supposed to be having the concert posted this to Facebook, "From USA Concerts: Refunds are in process and will be refunded to the point of purchase. If you do not have the original card that tickets were purchased please call Etix Customer Support at 1-800-514-3849." The problem is I have been trying to contact them since the day this was posted (about 3 weeks ago) as my original payment method has changed but no one will get back to me. I've tried calling the customer service phone number multiple times and have even emailed and Facebook messaged them. This business is a total joke. The only reason I rate them a 1 star is because I can't give them 0 stars. Resolution Sought I would like my refund as soon as possible. My mom passed away in March from cancer and accumulated thousands of dollars in medical bills that I'm stuck with as her next of kin. Money is tight right now and Etix doesn't help my situation.
