This is the second time they sold me a broken pack of tobacco products that they knew was broken (visibly and physically damaged), but the clerk put them in a bag this time so I didn't notice until I got home and took everything out of the bag. I drove back immediately after opening the bag and Jennifer refused to exchange them or refund my money. She said she can't refund anything after it leaves the window but she didn't even give me the bag until after I handed over my debit card so either way she's telling me I would've been forced to buy them? It seems malicious and very unprofessional and I'm not happy that I was basically robbed in front of my eyes. Resolution Sought Get rid of toxic employees like Jennifer. She has a ugly attitude, she's not efficient at her job and she's pushing valued customers away. I was the manager of a gas station myself and I am quite disgusted at how I was treated originally and how a clerk smiled in my face after I was asking her to just make it right.
