I purchased an AC unit for my RV after reiterating several times that I must have one to directly replace my current unit and was guaranteed the one the sold me would do so. I paid to have the shipping expedited because I had a trip planned for the next week. The unit wasn't shipped when I was told it would be so I had to change the delivery address to a campground where I would be and I'd have to change the unit there. When it arrived nothing about it was the same as my old one including the wiring so I called them and was told for it to work I would have to buy a conversion kit which would be almost $200 with expedited shipping again. Then after waiting again a couple days after it was supposed to be there a package showed up and installed de the box was as a spring shackle kit (nothing to do with an AC unit). So again I called to complain and was told they would immediately overnight the correct part. It was to go out on Wednesday and it did not. I received the tracking info and learned it didn't go out until late Thursday and it wasn't shipped overnight and won't arrive until at least Monday as it was shipped regular ground. I did receive a couple of emails asking me to quickly return the incorrect package. Apparently they're more concerned with getting it back than they are with getting me the correct one I have asked for a call from upper management several times with zero results Resolution Sought Get me what I ordered and refund my shipping money.
