Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. They are scamming people certification test are being given and they aren't being graded correctly and home test are being given as well they block your test and put that you didn't show up making you have to pay again somebody needs to stop them they're robbing people and no body wants to help you on customer service line they are all foreign people Somebody needs to stop them Resolution Sought Abide by the rules they have on sight you don't even get your scores you have to call and complain then it's wrong .
