Purchase auto service contract at time of purchase for $2495.00 on Cadillac CTS 2012 on 08-02-2021.Found a great deal was not covered under contract cancel contract on October 21 2022 with $1482.05 refund sent to Ettleson by Axiom the contract agent. Axiom sent refund to Ettleson and they CASHED check but as of January 15 2023 never sent funds to BMO Harris Bank n.a. my loan agent to credit my loan amount per agreement. I've made numerous calls to Ettleson with NO RESPOND since October 21st. Contract service no. VSCSTDF00521883. ETTLESON no. 708-469-6845 6201 South LA Grange rd. Hodgkins IL. I purchase this auto believing "certified " coverage!PLEASE HELP ! I'm 70 year old senior that has never filed a complaint but they refused to even take or return my call. Its been nearly 4months! Resolution Sought Refund the check they received and cashed on November 18 2022 to BMO HARRIS BANK to be credited to my loan finance amount. .
