I paid for 48 cases of broiler hatching eggs and 25 cases hatching eggs to be shipped on 23rd January eggs were not ship because of sales rep contacted the operation manager and he promised to ship on 15th February he turn a ghost and ignoring my calls and whatsapp messages since 10th February when shipping documents were due to send to me. Resolution Sought Give me a refund or ship what I paid for as per invoice.
