My daughter and I went to get pedicures on 11/1/25, my daughter woke up the next day, with puss coming out of her right toe, both toes were infected, she went to the clinic and had to end up having both toenails partially removed. We called Euphoria, they said they would reimburse if we provided photos, they made me sign papers to say we would not proceed any further. They stated they would reimburse for the pedicure, but I would not sign stating we would not take it any further, he refused the refund. He refused my refund since I would not sign the paper. He tried calling my daughter to verify with her that she would not pursue the issue after the reimbursement. I paid with my credit card for our pedicures. I can't contest on behalf of my daughter on that part; I only want my reimbursement for the amount that I paid for the pedicures. He wanted me to sign on the behalf of my daughter, but I declined stating I can not and would not do that. Resolution Sought Refund the cost of the pedicure without having to sign the paperwork

Company states that they did not cause the ingrown toenail or anny infection. They follow ate State Bar sanitation and sterilization practices. A refund was issued to the customer. The clients has returned since to have services done.
