False advertising of pricing

I went to EURASIA CAFE for lunch one day, and on there menue board it dilayed a meal with your choice of meat ( chicken, pork, or shrimp) all for one price as displayed, but when I ordered the meal and specified shrimp, the person up charged me a dollar. When I showed her what the menue board said, and pointed to the menue board, she said "there's nothing we can do, it's built into the register" ; however, would NOT reduce the price for my meal, so I declined the meal and went somewhere else. To me this is a falsification of Pricing and an OVER CHARGE to the consumer. Thank you, an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
