I purchase windows from this company a couple of month of having the windows they didn't lock and the living room window cracked,so I contacted them and explain my problem they send a technician back out to fix the problem he comes out with the wrong size windows and not the size for the one of that was cracked so they reorder the window. After waiting a month he come back with again the wrong size window,he reorder the window again,a month later he comes back and the window is still the wrong size for the second time he reorder the window again comes back another 3 weeks with the wrong size it's been almost a year trying to get this window ,and when I complain to customer service they told me it's nothing that they could do Resolution Sought To Compensate us financially for our headache and frustration and having to deal with looking at this crack window in the front of our house for almost a year.

I have contacted Euro-tech inc , several times, and now your voice box is full. I spoke with Euro-tech managers Nico, Stephanie and Stephanie, all I got was connected to another person or department. I've left messages for Ralph and no one is calling me back. I had one attempted call from this company and that's it! Installers came out to my home, approximately 3 1/2 weeks ago, trying to install block windows, like garbage on my home. After speaking to everyone in the office, I was told they were coming back to install them correctly. I have not heard anything from anyone. My calls go ignored, my emails go unanswered. I have sustained damages to my basement because they did not replace my windows correctly and seal them, therefore, I have received lots of water in my basement during the storms. The water has buckled my paneling and loosened some tiles on the floor, as well as, unknown damage behind the walls i.e. mold And other water damage effects. Your installers took away my iron security bars for the basement windows, leaving me vulnerable to neighborhood vandals and possible break ins. I do not feel safe and I feel as if my complaints are being ignored. Resolution Sought I would like my windows installed properly like all the others in the neighborhood I would like my paneling and tiles on the floor to be inspected and repair as well as compensation for my iron, pure iron bars. I was offered $600 off my bill but that was for Eurotech jerking off my time. Now I would like my damage is covered as well. I need someone to call me immediately the longer we wait the more damages I incur.
