This is a follow up complaint since it seems like nobody is listening .your people called me accusing me that I'm not allowing the installers to replace my windows I'm not aware of that. in June a Jeorge jimenez was supposed to come on 6/25 to change the window(1) and he was a no show, however on 6/27 unannounced he showed up with a damaged window that not even he wanted to install, again here's a list of problems : back door was replaced for one that is rusting from inside out, it squeeks and the frame need to be levelled , my 53" by 63"windows one doesn't close complete,one has a leak and the other has a chip that installersdid with an hammer, front door rubber on top is loose, some windows the screens missing loops ,bathroom window screws have fallen out theirs nothing to hold it so on windy days it rattles and no inspector has showed up as yet, I will give them a call soon to see if tha's legal when a permit is involved. my application # is 194909 Resolution Sought have EUROCRAFT USA LLC come and complete the job, correct what needs too, and replace what needs to be replaced. job needs to be done properly.
