My vehicle was taken in to address concerns that I had with a noise from my wheel hub and a burning smell from under the hood. After two weeks of them having the vehicle, I wrote a check for repairs that I assumed had been addressed according to our communications, but I quickly found that none of the issues were fixed despite them announcing otherwise. In fact, I received the vehicle with more issues than it had before it was taken in. After communicating my concerns with the supposed repairs, I took the vehicle back to EuroPro for them to readdress my concerns. After another week of them having the vehicle, I was sent an additional quote for work that should have been addressed initially and I am still having the exact issues I had before in addition to my vehicle not starting upon pickup. They jumped it with a portable battery and sent me home. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for services that I paid for, but did not receive.
