Everardo Godoy Landscaping complaints

Mr Godoy has been doing our patio cleaning for a while now so we told him to scrape and installed a new grass in the back of our backyard and on the front of the house and he told me it was garantee of the results, instead the grass is worse than before and only weed grew on the land. I believe the work was done at the end of May or the first week of June so i was waiting for the results. I watered every day to see the results and it was getting bad and no grass was coming afloat. So my husband called him many times and he didn't answer so in July I finally called him no answer so I texted him and he said he was going to do it again when the weather cools off . My husband and I have contacted him numerous times and he's not answering our calls or texts for him to do the loan again as he promised. And they come to clean our neighbors properties and it looks like they are doing it in a hurry to avoid us. So we paid him $3,000.00 cash the same day it was done. We even bought a new grass because it looks like he bought the worst grass ever. Resolution Sought We would like them to do the proper work again because it's worst than before using the grass we bought for the work because we don't think he bought a good quality. Or to return our money, the $3,000.00 dollars we paid him in cash
