Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Consumer alleges she was misled into signing a 25 year solar contract. Consumer had a contractor come to their house to offer solar panels, they were made believe that this was a government program and if she qualified she would only pay $137.00 a month only, she would no longer have an Edison payment. When he signed on the employees tablet, it was just to see if their qualified for the government program. At no point in this whole transaction did they sign an official contact, nor were they ever given a copy of anything they sign. Customer was making payments of $137 as agreed but was still making payments to Edison (which she was told she would no longer have Edison payments). Customer received calls from your company because her payment increased and customer was only making $137. They reached out to your company to find out that the contract was for 25 years, they payment will increase up to $347 a month until the contract is paid off. She was told there was a second contract that renewed in September 2024 which again he never signed. Customer cannot afford to pay this contract, he was lied and mislead, he never signed anything and was never given copy of contracts. The battery for the panels does not work, when the electricity goes off they don't have any electricity, her bills with Edison are still high. Consumer wants your company to cancel this contract, remove the solar panels. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to cancel this contract, remove the solar panels.

It started with solar company lying about rebates and I had a case with BBB. The finance company mislead me on amount and I never signed the DocuSign documents on contract . They know I have disagreed with all that has happened, now they're trying to offer me gift cards to sign the DocuSign documents. Please help me see if this a binding contract . Resolution Sought They can take these solar panels back, repair the damage they have done to my roof and dismiss this charge of over $63,000. I'd like to know if I never signed contract for DocuSign, can I get out of this nightmare.
