Company came out to perform basement waterproofing system in 2019. Since then there has been countless issues and the number one issue being where the water goes from the pump system. My property has been flooded, my basement has flooded several times because of the pipes getting clogged up. I have worked with them to resolve the issues but they keep persisting to the point my walk out basement wall has shifted. Resolution Sought Half the cost of job reduced as well as water to be properly disposed of away from home.
