Ever dry has failed to complete the work they need to do. I have. Contacted them 12-13 times leaving messages to complete the work. I do not receive a return call and if they do call they do not complete the work. Do the work or dismiss the amount I owe them Resolution Sought Fix the many mistakes made during the project,(tar on my driveway and neighbors) ( place lid on new sump-pump to validate radon agreement)(remove dried cement from, patio,)h(repair holes in patio caused by workers)return my call and then come to my home to repair mistakes to my satisfaction, or do not charge me for the project.

Have made calls and texted person name Ashley who handles scheduling. I had a sump put in, called indicating battery was not no longer working, Ezy Breeze system is no longer working was replaced now not working again, told about stabilizer wall was done properly, day they came out to do unfinished sanding of concrete on floors, stabilizer wall was to be repair, person didn't show up. Called Ashley same day other repair people were here, told her if person has to come back, they would be paying for my dog's babysitter fee. I have a Rottweiler, and anytime I have people in my house a extended period of time, my dog goes to his babysitter for there protection. I have 2 walls that the concrete was not sanded down, that there inspector Steve said it would, that wasn't. I still have water coming in down bottom of my basement stairs, concrete on side of furnace has cracked in half. A PVC pipe coming out side of furnace was knocked loose from furnace that had to drain water from air-conditioning which led under Plat under washing machine which there people moved. This was off for 3 days, didn't go in basement till them because of all the dust, while my air-conditioning was still on. I had to have air-conditioning come out to replace circuit board replaced and replace loss freon to aircondtioner. They refused to refund money of $186.00 for that service indicating that was regular maintenance that was needed. Left message for a Joey, no last name given to call me about it. Resolution Sought Replaced battery for sump pump, fix stabilizer wall, sand walls were they put concrete, fix so water doesn't come in bottom of stairs in basement, replaced Ezy breeze system, remove mud on 2 lawnmowers that were on side of my house, pay me money for air-conditioning service for there neglect. They also damaged my metal vent thing from dryer, broke it off moving dryer, had to replace and want them to pay costs of replacement and me paying person who installed new one. I still owe these people.

Company states: EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus has scheduled a service call for September 7, 2022 to correct the issues reported by Ms. harris. Additionally, a check in the amount of $186 has been requested to reimburse Ms. Harris for out-of-pocket expenses related to her air conditioner repair. EverDry Waterproofing is confident the scheduled repairs will rectify the current issues in Ms. Harris' home related to the waterproofing previously performed by our company. We stand behind the strength of our Master Service warranty and will do all that we can to make our customer happy.
