I was told the monthly payments would be the same they didn't tell me the service would shut down when data ran out it blocked all devices in my home I told them if they sent my 100 dollars deposit I would send there equipment back they said no shut the service off and told me I was being sent to collection agency for payment for 1 year service and 400 dollars for a skyroam disc. i asked for a contract they will not send any information at all on anything so I have no proof of services. I do have a recording of them telling me false information..this company has lots of complaints with better business Bureau. They told me a number of things that are not true. Now I have no proof of services. They said if I want more services I have to buy more data.i also told them I had to cancel viasat internet before I would do anything the next day viasat got my bank card account numbers I did not give viasat .took 100.00 out without my permission. I was told the price would be 79 dollars a month never go up. I also filed a complaint on phone with federal agencies 3 weeks ago I was told I didn't Resolution Sought All I want is my 100.00 refund. Also put them out of unfair business

Dear customer, We go over what your getting with the internet in the pre install call & ask you what your going to be using your internet for, so we can make sure that package will work for you, depending on what you use your internet for, that will let us know what package you need, I did explain to you that our internet is capped and you only get 25GB of usage for the month, I also explained to you during pre install call that this internet has a 1 year contract & the only way you can get out of it is if the internet wasn't actually working, but it was because you used all the data, we can't let customer's out of contract because they used up all their internet, so I did explain to you that if you canceled there would be the cancellation fee because you were under contract & you agreed to the contract during pre install call. We have yet to receive payment for that cancellation fee of $240 that why it's going to be sent to collections & we didn't say anything about $400 for the modem, it was going to be an extra $100 because of how much they cost, which we didn't even charge you for, that's also because you were refusing to return our equipment. You have never asked for any information regarding the services from us, the contract was agreed to over the phone when we did pre install call. We did suspend your service when you refused to send our modem back, the reason it wasn't working before is because you were out of data. This is the reason we do pre install call's so that we don't run in to issues after the customer has the service, so you were told everything up front before we even sent you the modem or charged you for the billing. My boss even tried offering you a discount to help you out with the payments & billing. We had nothing to do with your ViaSat, you were the one that called and took care of that before you even got your new modem. The price is locked in at $79 if you don't run out of data and have to upgrade.

I was told the modem was 400 and they said they took my 100 dollar deposit and put it for modem I have the phone conversationon my phone.i was not told the service would shut down when data ran out or I never would have agreed.i asked for a contract in writing not even a contract number they refused now it's my word against theres. I have the first call from salesman false information.someone gave viasat my credit card numbers without my permission.this service did cut out sometimes.i was cancelled before the due date they agreed to cancel everything if I sent modem back so I did now they want cancellation fee.they said they would cancel viasat internet for me never did cost me 100 dollars for one night late of due date I did not give viasat my credit card numbers and did not authorized any of this.im asking for 100 dollars deposit and clear every thing from this company.i can send word for word the recording
