Scam! They lied about the price on the phone, and then again in person after he had done the work. He obviously knew I was in a time crunch, and took advantage of that. Took 2 hours to finish, and once he was done he raised the price an additional $100 because he said he forgot that the company charges an extra $100 if the car is locked. If he would have told me that, I would have called AAA to unlock it and then let him do his "work" and then he refused to take a check because I didn't have that extra $100 in cash. He would only take cash or Venmo his personal Venmo and not the companies Venmo. I wish I would have read the reviews prior. 126 1 star reviews all saying the same thing. Also refused to show me his certification. After I had left I received a call asking how much I paid. Resolution Sought Pay me back everything besides the original $129 I was quoted on the phone.
