We have been here for over a year we signed a year lease contract for 685 a month for water and rent we have had over a $380 electric bill because there are holes in the ductwork that I've been here since we moved in we noticed the day we moved in the electricity was on blowing out the outside every month we have to call the air conditioning man to put freon in the air conditioner I will set my air conditioner on 75° in here and it will be 80 something degrees in the house or more and their owner or an Anderson said we are responsible for what needs to be fixed around here we are renters not owners Resolution Sought I want reimbursement and I want the trailer fixed.
