The owner of Evergreen Sheds, Cory Herc asked me to give him a $1,500.00 deposit to have a new shed built. I drove to North Collins and gave him the amount in cash and he gave me a receipt for the cash. The shed was to be built and delivered with the balance owed on arrival. I did that on July 5th,2022. Well he came up with excuses and finally stopped returning phone calls and text and e-mails. I have asked him for the money back. With no prevail. I went with a different company for a shed. Resolution Sought I would just like the money back. The full deposit that I gave to him and his company.
