Customer Complaint

On September 25th I paid my quarterly trash bill of $105. On Friday September 27th the trash company skipped over my house and didn't collect my trash. I called Evergreen and they informed that they could collect my trash the following day on Saturday the 28th for an extra fee of $75. I asked to cancel my account and asked to have my $105 refunded. I was told they only give refunds once a month. They send out refunds at the end of each month and they are behind on sending out refunds. However 38 days later I still haven't received my $105 refund. I call the company and they give me excuses saying the manager is in meetings and that my refund will be issued however it doesn't take 38 days in counting to issue a refund. Resolution Sought I would like my refund of $105 that I'm owed to be refunded to me like I was told it would be. I also have the names of the representatives that I spoke with. I documented everything.
