Resolved issue

I purchased the food sensitivity test and results were taking longer than promised so I was a bit concerned. Initially I didn’t hear back from their customer service but ultimately I did receive my results and multiple reps followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and ended up giving a partial refund for my inconvenience.
