I rented a property from them for 6 months 809 waston st when i left on 5/30 /2023 i contacted them about my deposit i was told that i would receive my deposition letter and deposit by mail on July 1st after i didnt receive it i contacted them again and was told that they didnt manage the property anymore and that i would have to get with the new management company after i started questioning why i had to do that when i wasnt dealing with they i gave my money to evernest they stop responding to me i couldn't get them on phone or email then August 1st two months later they send me a email saying i own for damages to the property i have some pictures of the house the day i left there were no damages done and the house was clean Resolution Sought To receive my deposit and to stop scamming people

This is exactly what they did at first if you no longer manage the property how 2 months later of me calling and emailing you for my deposit you send me a email saying i owe for damages. I stand by there were no damage done to the house i will give them the yard and thats because i wasnt there anymore but the house was not damaged at all
