I live in an efficiency apartm with electric heat. But then again, I use an air conditioner. All summer land it's less money. I've been a $188 and $250. Through this winter, which has not been cold from the past amounts. They have charges delivery charges. Energy charges, solar charges, which I have no solar heat. I think it's worth the money for you. People to investigate the money they are gathering from senior citizens especially. I'm totally odd about the money that ever source collects every winter. It seems that they gather more money during the winter. Then they do the Spring and summer months but like I said. I run my air conditioner all summer long and my bill has never been ofor a 100 dollaright now. As a senior citizen, my bill. This winter has been $250. Mainly for the last three months. I Have called ever source about my bill. And they tell me that's because I have electric heat. Well, my father worked for the power company as a child He taught me to unplug things from the wall that I was not using. And actually the way they do the readings on the meter. They have a handheld thing that they sit in the truck. And they read the meters whose meter are they reading? I'm not impressed with that resource. And I think they are ripping people off.. Taught me To emplog Resolution Sought To find out what's going on in the state of Massachusetts and where I live in Greenfield because I've talked to other people and their bills are not as High as Mine.

A disgusted customer who was literally disconnected for $235. When I realized I forgot to pay I hurried up and called back and paid bill. They then told me I had to wait till the next day to have my electricity turned back on. This company makes me sick! Money hungry pieces of shit. I am a low income resident & still pay about $300 a month for electricity! It's disgusting! Resolution Sought Turn my electricity back on tonight not tomorrow!! I hurried to pay what I owed I expect the same respect back by not making me wait over 24 hours!!
