Customer Complaint

7/22/2022

Signed a contract for concrete services at my home on 12/2021 with the contractor. Paid 40 down payment of$2495.00 dollars by check for work to be done in early march 2022, march 3 22 to be exact. Work not done. Rescheduled for April work not done. Work not done in may either. Called contractor he said would be done by June 15 or 16 or he would return deposit. Work not done. Called contractor and he said will mail a check that week no check. Called again asked for extension until July 8. No check. He called me on Saturday july9th apologized and said he could direct deposit check . No check arrived. Called 7/18/22 said no check arrived. Said he had mailed check on 7/15/22 from whitefish Montana on Friday 7/15/22. This is7/21/22 No check arrived. Resolution Sought Get my deposit back.
