I'm not disputing the price, well I am but I mostly want the job finished. I paid him 16,000$ for unfinished work, let me start by saying I'm newly divorced in October of 2023 I paid a mobile home and it needed repairs I ask Nick to look underneath the trailer and assess what it needs he came back said 4,000$ I don't know the difference so what could I do im 54 yr old female with no family, no help,I work a hard labor job 6/7 days a week so I was never here when Nick came, he said OHHH a total remodel in the bathroom 11.000$ SMH I was at odds I didn't know what to do I need a bathroom right? So ok I'll do it, it took him 3 months all the while I have no home can't move in yet,I stayed with my daughter he said a couple days I'm still there 4 months later,he didn't dry wall my ALL NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOM INSTEAD HE PUT MUD ON EXISTING WOOD PANEL WALLS DIDN'T EVEN SAND THEM??LEFT ALL THE TRASH FROM SAID REMODEL ON MY FRONT PORCH CANT BUDGE IT TO MUCH TO HEAVY,TOILET,SHOWER FLOOR TONS OF IT, I'M BY MYSELF NO HELP I SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS GARBAGE I THINK 16.000$ should get his garbage out i cant afford a bin, then if i could if have to carry it all out then pay to have it removed its not right or fair plz tell me what i should do!? Resolution Sought 11,000$

Company states: We refunded $10,000.00 to settle the dispute. The customer accepted the cash and signed our refund document on 2/18/24.

The company did give back the 10.000$ as he stated, I am happy with that, he did remove his trash.happy no I'm not reason being is you can pay for remodel and such but you can not buy back the time it took away from me and all the money for rent that I am wasnt living in, storage 250.00$ a month, lights,gas.water and helping my daughter with her bills because I'm still here and it's only right that I pay my way,I don't wanna sound or seem greedy , it's just took a toll on me and the fact I'll never trust a handyman/ plumber or contractor again. This experience had made me doubt every word I hear from any contractor. Thank you for helping me with this, I appreciate it very much
