Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I purchased the insurance for my car. Was told to take it anywhere I want and it was accepted everywhere. I specificallyasked if I take it to my local mechanic will it be accepted. They said yes. I went to use the insurance and it was rejected. I called for a refund and was told thier is no reason to grant me a refund. I was also told I could not file a claim with in 30 days of purchasing this insurance. After 30 days, they offer no refund. This was not brought to my attention. In short thier is no way of me knowing if this service is not accepted until after the 30 day period where I am not allowed to use this service. I was lied to by thier company stating it is accepted everywhere to get me to sign up. Resolution Sought I would like my money returned for services that are not able to be used in the manor they described.

EB4 Automotive sent a bill concerning work on my 2001 f250 PU 1/24/2025 , I contacted Everything a number of times, and EB4 Automotive they said they would send a adjuster and they never sent one. I had to pay the whole sum of the bill. They closed my account; and said I canceled it. They also said afterwards that I nolonger qualify for the warranty on my truck because of age etc... Resolution Sought I want them to honor their contract and pay for the suffering they have caused me. EB4 Automotive had my truck for over a month because of the runaround they gave EB4 and myself!
