I've had the plan for 18 months and the first time I break down hundreds of miles from home there road side said it would be 8 hours be for they could get to me .I'm in poor health on oxygen and my 73 year old Mother with me. 27 degrees out side had to get my own tow truck and then the place that fixed my car did not talk then but it was something that was covered now I'm getting the run around about reimbursement that's all I want Resolution Sought Reimburse me out of pocket

On August 22nd 2024 I took my car to Belle tire located at 39931 8 Mile road in Northville Michigan at that time I was informed that my car needed brakes and brake pads and they looked at it and noted that there was a sway bar and they needed a sway bar to go on there the total well first of all the car went there on 8/22/24 this is a place where you can take your car and they can fix it in one day because everything breaks the warranty company I would did not try to get my car paid for it was left there until 8:27-2024 they never paid anything although I had a warranty with them I ended up paying for my car myself which was the total $718.77 and that's why I'm notifying you guys please help me get my money back I was told they would pay for the brakes because I've been with them over a year they would pay for everything and I didn't have to worry but they paid for nothing here it is September 17th I still do not have my money back for my car and I'm told that my policy laps on the 29th although the car been there while I was covered they didn't do the work they didn't pay for what was done so I'm embarrassed by that and I would like to get my money back.
