EB4 Automotive sent a bill concerning work on my 2001 f250 PU 1/24/2025 , I contacted Everything a number of times, and EB4 Automotive they said they would send a adjuster and they never sent one. I had to pay the whole sum of the bill. They closed my account; and said I canceled it. They also said afterwards that I nolonger qualify for the warranty on my truck because of age etc... Resolution Sought I want them to honor their contract and pay for the suffering they have caused me. EB4 Automotive had my truck for over a month because of the runaround they gave EB4 and myself!

I've had the plan for 18 months and the first time I break down hundreds of miles from home there road side said it would be 8 hours be for they could get to me .I'm in poor health on oxygen and my 73 year old Mother with me. 27 degrees out side had to get my own tow truck and then the place that fixed my car did not talk then but it was something that was covered now I'm getting the run around about reimbursement that's all I want Resolution Sought Reimburse me out of pocket
