I booked a stay on this site. Upon booking, it clearly states you can cancel with 100 refund to the original payment method within a certain time frame. Mine was 11/19 at 3pm. I cancelled well before that in the morning hours of the 19th. When I went to cancel the site told me I would receive a credit card credit for the amount I put on the card and then a $50 travel credit for the promotion I used. Immediately after submitting that I received an email stating I got a travel credit for the entire thing. I immediately called the company and they said they are unable to issue a refund if it was canceled within 14 days of this day. The website clearly stated that I had 48 hours to cancel for a 100 refund to the original payment method. The story then changed that we can get a refund but it would require the property owner to approve it. I called the property owner who approved it. She then texted me saying my refund was approved. I did not receive an email confirmation so I called the company myself.. The man on the phone said that he finally received the approval and the refund would be issued, but it may take 5 to 7 days. I asked if you could send me that in an email because I have been through so much trouble and he sent me an email. After two hours of still not getting an email confirmation of my refund I called again and was reassured again that I would receive a refund but it would take time. I then booked another property. At night they wrote after saying no refund. Resolution Sought I would like them to honor what the bookings website clearly stated, 100 refunded to the original payment method if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (they even specified the date of 11/19 at 3pm).

I was told a refund was authorized by a woman named Katlyn from Evolve after my reservation was canceled by them. She instructed I rebook and I would be guaranteed a refund for the initial booking. They have not granted my refund. The listing for the property was also false advertising as it initially said it had a working washer and dryer and since booking tbere is no longer a working washer and dryer. I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and have been denied each time. I would like a refund. Thank you. Resolution Sought Refund my trips

Company states; Please note that Abby's promised refund was processed on June 26, 2024 (see proof attached upon request). If Abby has not received the amounts paid to Evolve (total reservation minus Vrbo Booking Fees as we do not have access to this), they will need to reach out to Vrbo directly to obtain the refund's Acquirer Reference Number (ARN).
