Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a complaint against Examity for unfair treatment during my recent examination, resulting in the loss of my examination fees. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter and requesting a refund or a rescheduled exam at no additional cost. On 13-July-2023, I had an online examination scheduled with Examity for ACD200. Despite following instructions and preparing my computer system, I encountered technical difficulties while attempting to install the Zoom application specified by Examity. The proctor suggested using GoToMeeting as an alternative, without informing me that it lacks screen sharing functionality, a requirement for the examination. Due to this limitation, I was denied the opportunity to take the exam. The lack of clear instructions regarding alternative software's limitations led to my inability to attempt any questions. I lost $100 in examination fees without being given a fair chance to demonstrate my knowledge and skills. I request the following resolutions: a full refund of $100 as the technical issues and limitations were not adequately communicated, or a rescheduled examination at no extra cost to rectify the situation. Enclosed are relevant documents for your reference. I kindly request a thorough investigation and prompt resolution. Otherwise, I may pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights.
