My ref: Customer #966502 On May 22, 2021 I ordered a DVD from the above-referenced company. ("Bound Gods #2.) The total amount, including tax and s/h, is $43.39. I used my Quicksilver credit card. (Last 4 digits 6788.) I contacted the seller about 10 days later to ask the status of my order. "Kathy" told me that it was backordered. 3 WEEKS later I spoke with Kathy again. She told me that the title has been discontinued. I was offered the choice of either a different DVD or a refund. I chose to have my money refunded. It is now July 5th. Well over a month has passed. My money has not been refunded. I have spoken with Kathy again last week. She said that my refund is being processed. (By the way, there has been no email communication from Excalibur except a receipt on 5/22.) I feel angry and frustrated. I hope that your agency can help me. I live on a tight budget and would appreciate my refund. Thank you, in advance. SD Paris-Adams Resolution Sought Refund my $43.39.
