The last time in Las Vegas was great besides all the pot heads. This time we decided to stay at Excalibur total mistake. The hotel staff was rude and not very helpful. The room strip view in tower joke not even a strip view. The rooms are what you would see at a motel 6. And motel 6 probably better taken care of. We stayed at the mgm grand before this trip and it was great. Staff was helpful accommodating as well as the rooms were what I figured Vegas to be like nice upscale even when the ac went out at 3 in the morning the came and fixed it. The showers at mgm were magazine covers. The showers at Excalibur sucked no water pressure tiles broken walls scratched up. Paint ruined. Non smoking floor room and hallway stink of weed and smoke. If anyone plans to come to Vegas I will tell them to go to circus circus for a better time. Or mgm grand. Stay away from the trash on the opposite side of the road. Resolution Sought Fix your website to be more efficient helpful. MGM property make plenty of money to keep the site clean updated and provide better staff. Maybe you should look at management staff see if they are actually doing the job. Or have secret shoppers to check out the staff and resorts.
