Just better training and take all racist complains serious.

90 of the time I stay at the encore, but I came to see my friend that was staying at the Excalibur. The dealer was rude and put boss was rude. They kept calling me "the Mexican", which I could easily hear them and I'm not even Mexican. Even the other players felt uncomfortable when they kept bugging me.
