I have a an account with Excess wireless. The account was open in January of 2024 and the phone stopped working I ordered a new SIMs card and had to buy another phone from a provider that's equal to T-Mobile because excess wireless refuse to send me a new phone so I bought another one that was a T-Mobile compatible cuz that's the service they go through they sent me a SIMs card and they refuse to activate it on the new device because they're saying that the ACP program has expired two days ago I told them I paid $12 for one year of ACP services of unlimited data or 25 GB they'll refusing to activate the SIMS card that they sent me on a valid account because they're trying to make me pay for extra ACP services which I already pay for for one year of service at 12 hours this is a lifeline account and lifeline is telling me that I have to deal strictly with excess wireless I can't get any cooperation from any of the departments that I tried to contact they keep trying to make me go to a website and pay an additional money that I shouldn't have to pay like I said the account is since January of 2024. Resolution Sought I would like to receive the service that I am I am entitled to through the benefits that I qualified for in the ACP service that I paid $12 for one year of 25 gigs of data

I got a tablet from excess Telecom and the thing caught my whole bed on fire and bout or could have burned my whole house down..I called and told them they plainly said what you want us to do.. Resolution Sought Pay for my bed and burns I sustain from beating this fire out.
