In the beginning of April I began speaking with Anthony Williams about a vehicle. He assured me the car was in good condition. On April 10th I went to purchase the vehicle for my son. Upon arriving there was a man sitting in a car who let me know Anthony would be on his way. Anthony finally arrived with 2 other guys and one of them came and put a plate on the car, handed us the keys and got in the back seat for the test drive. The car drove just fine no lights no noise the only issue was the speedometer did not work, so he did give me $40 toward (it came to $110). I thought that was nice. We were taken in to discuss the details in which we were told the car was a good car as we had seen and there were no other issues. I handed him the money and was pretty excited , he put the 30day tag on and said the title would come in the mail. Tuesday April 12th 2 days later the car stopped and began to stall I reached out to Anthony who said he would come take a look to see whats wrong with it. After several attempts to contact him he just will not respond I still don't have a title or a speedometer. When I bought a car as is I was lead to believe it was a functional vehicle and now there is nothing I can do with it because I don't even have a title. Resolution Sought I would like my money back or my car fixed. I don't have a title this is technically still his car he just has my money I need a car.
