Company given vehicle and $4,220.00 to rebuild engine. Consumer repeatedly mislead to believe repair was complete resulting in $1,574.00 in extra travel expenses and 12 days of lost productivity. After 5 weeks, as of the last visit, vehicle engine parts were loose and disconnected about the engine compartment with no specific time the repair would be completed and no indication of a refund for all extra traveling expenses and, by way of observation, possible case of fraud as new parts billed may not have been used in repair. Resolution Sought I would like a certified mechanic to verify repair according to receipt. Complete refund of extra traveling expenses incurred by the intentional misleading information. And the safe return of my vehicle in the condition it was in when received with only the added engine repair.
