My experience first of all I felt like I was dooped in buying a car from them an I've never in my life felt that I've made a bad decision as far as buying a car. I was constantly called by them exclusive motors about my recent car which is a for focus ,they kept telling me that my car was in high demand and that they would take it for a down payment but they didn't an I had signed the papers already before I realized I've made a mistake. But my issue is with the new vehicle I seem to can't get anything done as far as I have a missing antenna cover for my kia optima the car I got from them an I showed them 1 hour after I drove the car off the lot an at first they try to get me to order it myself an told me that they would give me a free tank of gas but then they said they ordered it already an to call back on Monday, when I call back I get the run around from the service department an my salesperson the one that called me for everything else, won't answer the phone and doesn't see my minor situation a priority as promised. I felt I have been lied to an my future business with them is in hell!!he'll!!! All they cared about was the sale an nothing else!!please help or give me advice Resolution Sought Be more transparent with me an honor your agreement an stop lying to me an fix my car as promised
