On August 25 2025 I called this number 18336700482 this is the number I was given for Car Shield.I told the person that answered the call I was trying to get coverage on my car because I have coverage one car covered through Car Shield and wanted coverage on the other through Car Shield . I was told by the guy that Car Shield was being sued this made me skeptical. He started telling me about their contract . I asked him what would happen with the contract with Car Shield stated that I would get monies back in thirty days this never happened. After listening to him about their contract I asked that the contract be mailed to my post office box. I called several times asking that the contract be mailed to my post office box this has not happened . I am asking that my monies be given back to me I didn't use the contract and I never received the contract in the mail Resolution Sought I want my 726.17

Cancel contract and requested refund. Fraudulent information given about my warranty and was told that I had to pay this amount to get my appliance repaired. Called company explained everything to them and again canceled contract and requested refund Resolution Sought Refund
