An employee in that place threaten to call the police for no apparent reason after I've asked him 3 times for his name. He refused to give it to me and never asked me in the first place, to leave the premises. He was Aggressive, loud and very disrespectful when he claimed that I came to get the " free gifts" that this company offers to people who taking their time to come listening to their presentation. He was making all kind of accusations and was bully me with his Aggressive approach. I wonder if it's legal not to give the name after I've asked for it ( 3 times) and threaten to call the cops when he didn't ask in the first place from me, to leave. Please let me know if this is acceptable by the law and where else I can complain about his unacceptable behavior? Thanks! Resolution Sought To compensate me for the abuse that they put me through and give me the " free gifts" that they offer if any body comes to their presentation to listen.

The complainant signed up with a third-party marketing company. In exchange for gifting from that company, she agreed to attend a 90-minute presentation with Excursions. I would like to note that we are two separate companies and are in no way associated with each other. These marketing companies send tours (like the complainant) to multiple timeshare/vacation clubs in Branson. Upon check-in, it was found that the complainant did not meet the qualifications to attend a presentation with Excursions. She was redirected back to the third-party marketing company. The complainant refused to leave our establishment and the situation escalated from there. We disagree with all aspects of her desired settlement. The complainant did not pay any monies to Excursions nor did Excursions promise the said gifting. This was all promised through the third-party marketing company. No monies are owed to the complainant from Excursions.

Thank you for the response to my complaint. Even if I was not qualified for their “ free gifting” that was promised me by the “ third party” that they are working with, it was no reason for them to abused me, treat me like a criminal when they never asked me to leave in the first place. Their tone was loud, very disrespectful & rude. And was no reason for them to threaten me with a “ police calling@ when they didn’t ask me to leave kindly. Therefore, their bully behaviour was unacceptable and very unprofessional that needs to be addressed so other potential clients will not go through that kind of abuse that I went through. Refused to give a name when I’ve asked 3 times for it, was illegal and uncalled for. Hopefully it will be a solution to stop businesses like them that do more harm than good by Consumes.
