Operating by different names and did not get repairs done in a timely fashion.

I took my car to executive Auto repair on University boulevard December 20th. it was towed there by usaa. I have a proof on the email. I never received my car back until February 16th. The owner operates under two names imperial automotive specialist at 407-274-4238 on Church Street and he also operates under another double name executive Auto repair on University boulevard when my highway patrol trooper friend called him and asked what's going on with the car he said that he had only had it for 3 weeks despite the fact he actually had it for 2 months he refused all phone calls all me emails and all texts. This is a business you need to please please stay away from it needs to be reported they gave me a receipt from the wrong company and the technician that gave me my car refuse to even sign the receipt. However I do have a witness that was there with me. They need to shut down. You need to shut them down. They are working under double names they're giving receipts out of a company that isn't the correct company and refusing to sign when they give you the receipt and I have never received a work order or amount of.
