I bought a car (2021 chevy malibu) about 3 years ago, was going to trade in at dealership, but they stated i still owed $23,000.00 and I had already paid $18,000.00. My loan was for $23,000.00 when I called to inquire, they told me it was due to late payments and that I got an extension, but no one told me it was going to cost me an additional $23,000.00 when you got the extension. They told me I had 5 extensions, but I only signed on one. And then this past month asked for another one but never signed off on it. The rep stated I needed to pay an additional $300.00 Resolution Sought I just want to pay my original loan balance
