I emailed this company an accident about a catalytic converters for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck I went through and told them what size engine etc. The employee said that he would like to have my VIN number for the vehicle to make sure they have the right parts so I sent my VIN number so they could look it up and he said that the catalytic converter 52630 4-2 front would fit perfectly both on the back 1 5 2 6 2 7 6 would fit exactly both on well I paid a mechanic to take the exhaust off and found out that the flanges and the length of the catalytic converters we're wrong so I contacted exhaust distribution sent them photos of the part they authorized a refund ra5010120 is the refund number they told me to send it back so I went to UPS and they told me it cost me $70 to ship it back I told him that was too much I already went to the regular post office and it was $100 there to ship it so I have been trying for over a week now sending emails asking them to send me a prepaid return slip for the exhaust parts and also I asked them for their telephone number so we can talk on the phone and get this straightened out they have been avoiding me do emails this is why I am making a complaint against them they said they would replace the item once I ship it back or give me a return I'm still waiting they told me and also on their website says satisfaction guaranteed they made the mistake why should I pay for return thank you Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the parts that I have bought that does not fit and them to send me a shipping label so I can return the product. They sent the wrong part they should make good on return and also for shipping
